This Week I am grateful for this very Moment

Welcome to the second week of the new gratitude affirmations for you. I wonder how (and if) you have enjoyed exploring last week’s gratitude for your sense of smell?

This week, let’s dive deeply into our gratitude for the present moment.

It can totally stop me in my tracks, when I bring my awareness back to the NOW, realising ‘this is all I got with everything it contains’. And wow, it really is FULL, this present moment! Even if we scrap back all doing, thinking, wanting… it is still absolutely rich of BEING.

Just stop for this moment, take a deep breath and realise all the blessings that surround you and are within you – without even having to do anything for it. Life itself, this moment is already a gift!

Really try and be in this moment and feel your gratitude for all it contains. Send this THANK YOU through your body, into your surroundings, into the sky, to universe… whichever you prefer. This actual embodiment of gratitude is what will bring you more calm, wellbeing and happiness.
